📅 Сьогодні, 7 жовтня, у пункт пропуску «Шегині-Медика» із Польщі прибув Mercedes-Benz Sprinter під керуванням жителя Прикарпаття. Для проходження митного контролю водій обрав смугу «червоний коридор» і повідомив про переміщення вживаного одягу.
🔎 Але під час огляду його авто працівники митниці виявили у багажному відділенні 568 одиниць незадекларованих парфумів Chanel, Gucci, Armani, Prada, Carolina Herrera, Versace, Hermes, Dolce & Gabbana, Bvlgari, Givenchy, Narciso Rodriguez та інші.
📄 За цим фактом складено адмінпротокол за ч. 2 ст. 471 МКУ (недекларування товарів, що переміщуються через митний кордон України громадянами).

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
