Наріман Джелял, заступник голови Меджлісу кримськотатарського народу, захоплений у Криму ще у 2021 році. Олена Пех та Валерій Матюшенко – цивільні, які були в полоні ще з 2017–2018 років. Богдан Гелета та Іван Левицький – священники Української греко-католицької церкви, захоплені в Бердянську за опір окупантам. Іще пʼятеро цивільних, які були захоплені на території Білорусі та позбавлені свободи: Микола Швець, Наталія Захаренко, Павло Купрієнко, Людмила Гончаренко та Катерина Брюханова. Усі вони вже звільнені та вдома – в Україні.
Дякую кожному й кожній, хто допомагав! Дякую нашій команді, яка займається звільненням полонених. Хочу відзначити також зусилля Ватикану заради того, щоб повернути додому цих людей.

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved.
