Больше всего нежилых зданий в прошлом году было введено в Центральном (13 млн кв. м.), Приволжском (6,9 млн кв. м.) и Северо-Западном (4,2 млн кв. м.) федеральных округах.
Площадь строительства по действующим разрешениям по состоянию на 31 декабря составила 155 млн кв. м. (на 15,2% выше данных 2023 года).
