Поздравил с наступающим Новым годом ветерана Великой Отечественной войны Анну Ивановну Фролову. В феврале 2025 года Анна Ивановна будет отмечать свою 101-ю годовщину и пригласила отпраздновать вместе. Обязательно буду.

Анна Ивановна вступила в ряды Советской армии в самом начале войны, имеет боевые награды. А после победы 46 лет трудилась на благо нашего родного края. За чашкой чая обсудили житейские вопросы, а еще поговорили о поддержке ветеранов.

В следующем году мы отмечаем 80-летие Великой Победы. Нам необходимо поддерживать наших ветеранов, которые хранят великую историю страны. Поэтому принято решение в 2 раза увеличить единовременную материальную помощь фронтовикам и последнему военному призыву. Впервые в бюджете предусмотрены средства на выплату всем категориям ветеранов.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
