أنَّ الإنسان إنما يُمَيَّزُ على غيره من الحيوانات بفضيلة العلم والبيان، وإلا فغيره من الدواب والسباع أكثر أكلا منه، وأقوى بطشًا، وأكثر جماعًا وأولادًا ، وأطول عمرًا، وإنما ميز على الدواب والحيوانات بعلمه وبيانه، فإذا عَدِمَ العلم بقي معه القدر المشترك بينه وبين سائر الدواب، وهي الحيوانية المحضة، فلا يبقى فيه فضلا عليهم، بل قد يبقى شرا منهم.
كما قال تعالى في هذا الصنف من الناس : "إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِ عِندَ اللَّهِ الصُّمُ البُكْمُ الذِّينَ لَا يَعْقِلُونْ"

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
