Если в 2022 году средняя зарплата в АПК увеличилась с ₽35,6 тысячи до ₽42,3 тысячи, то по итогам этого года рост составит всего около ₽100, рассказала замминистра сельского хозяйства Елена Фастова в рамках конференции «Где маржа» от Института конъюнктуры аграрного рынка (ИКАР).
Такую динамику ведомство связывает с увеличением конкуренции с другими отраслями и одновременным оттоком кадров из села. Однако в этом году рост благосостояния работников АПК замедлился из-за низких цен на зерно. «Но посмотрим, как цена будет себя вести до конца года, у нас есть еще полгода фактически», — заявила Фастова.
В целом с учетом субсидий рентабельность сельхоза в стране по итогам текущего года может снизиться до 16% с 20% в 2022 году и 26,5% в 2021 году.
