Дело о мошенничестве, по которому проходят бывший советник главы республики Эльдар Байчоров (на фото) и бывший начальник отдела экономической безопасности МВД по КЧР Темирлан Байкулов, рассмотрит Черкесский городской суд.
Следствие считает, что они с подельниками с конца 2016 до конца 2017 года похитили около 57 млн рублей из бюджета, которые выделялись по госпрограмме. Карманы обвиняемых и соучастников наполняли деньги, которые должны были идти на развитие аграрного сектора Карачаево-Черкесии.
Сами Байчоров и Байкулов полностью признали вину. Прокуратура Карачаево-Черкесии, кроме уголовного наказания, требует взыскать непосредственно с бывшего советника главы республики и экс-полицейского 51,8 млн рублей.
