Несмотря на экстренную госпитализацию с диагнозом "клиническая смерть", ребенок скончался через месяц. Женщина признала вину и извинилась перед родителями.
В результате судебного разбирательства она будет ограничена в свободе на 2 года: ей запрещено выезжать за пределы Лесосибирска и менять место жительства без разрешения специализированного органа. В связи с инцидентом воспитательница уволилась из детского сада.
