وعلاج المشكلة الأولى يكون بالمقاومة والجهاد باليد في أزمنة القوة والاستطاعة، وبالوعي والإيمان والجهاد بالحجة والبيان في أزمنة الضعف. وعلاج المشكلة الثانية يكون بالعلم والدعوة والوعي والفكر والحجة والبيان.
ولا يمكن أن تستغني الأمة بواحد من العلاجين عن الآخر، فإنه كما قيل: "إن قوام الدين بكتاب يهدي وسيف ينصر"

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
