Октябрьский районный суд города Ставрополя признал ещё троих жителей Республики Дагестан виновными в участии в массовых беспорядках в аэропорту Махачкалы.
Противоправными действиями во время беспорядков уничтожено и повреждено имущество аэропорта на сумму более 24 млн рублей, нарушены требования транспортной и авиационной безопасности, что повлекло полную блокировку работы аэропорта, задержку и отмену регулярных рейсов, перенаправление их в другие аэропорты. Совершены противоправные действия в отношении представителей власти, 23 из них причинены телесные повреждения различной степени тяжести.
Приговором суда по данному уголовному делу фигуранты осуждены на срок от 8 до 8 с половиной лет лишения свободы , с отбыванием наказания в колонии общего режима.
