Тем самым должностным лицам государственных органов и работниками юридических лиц разрешается хранить, носить и применять служебное оружие только во время исполнения служебных обязанностей.

Кроме того, Банку Абхазии и другим банкам дается право приобретать и использовать служебное оружие.
