Новые санкции США против компаний, связанных с теневым флотом РФ
США добавили в санкционный список компанию Smart Solutions из Абу-Даби. По информации американских властей, она связана с «Арктик СПГ-2» через закупку модулей для сжижения газа и оснований гравитационного типа. Для этого компания зафрахтовала суда Audax и Pugnax, которые поставляли оборудование на проект.
Кроме того, санкции коснулись четырех сингапурских компаний: LNG Alpha Shipping PTE, LNG Beta Shipping PTE, LNG Delta Shipping PTE, LNG Gamma Shipping PTE. Все они, по данным регуляторов, связаны с с дочерней компанией "НОВАТЭКа" из ОАЭ New Transshipment FZE.
Каждая из упомянутых компаний передала уже попавшей под санкции New Transshipment PZE по газовозу — это суда North Air, North Mountain, North Way и North Sky. Все эти газовозы находятся в санкционном списке из-за принадлежности к российскому теневому флоту.
Недавно стало известно, что «Арктик СПГ-2» приостановил коммерческое производство газа из-за санкционного давления. Его хранилища переполнены, а поставки затруднены отсутствием специализированных ледокольных танкеров, заказанных в Южной Корее, но так и не переданных России.
