Следственным отделом по Советскому району города Махачкала следственного управления Следственного комитета РФ по Республике Дагестан возбуждено уголовное дело в отношении 36-летнего жителя Гумбетовского района по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 30 и ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ (покушение на убийство).
В настоящее время производятся следственные действия, направленные на установление местонахождения подозреваемого и его задержание, а также на установление всех обстоятельств произошедшего.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
