Сейчас идет возведение первой башни "Резиденции Сахаров Парк".

Для второй башни готов фундамент и закончены работы на нулевом этаже, в том числе спуск в зону подземной парковки и подвальный уровень, параллельно идет обустройство монолитного каркаса первого этажа башни.

Для третьей - идет разборка грунта под фундамент.

Строительство этого жилого комплекса с тремя высотными башнями рассчитано на ближайшие 5 лет.
