Больше всего задержаний пришлось на первый год войны. На публичных антивоенных акциях 2022 года было 18 910 задержаний, в 2023-м году правозащитники зафиксировали 274 случая задержаний из-за публичных антивоенных акций, на 2024-й — 41 случай.
Кроме того, за три года силовики 856 раз задержали людей из-за антивоенных постов, символики или по другим поводам, которые прямо или косвенно соотносились с войной.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
