Но главная фишка даже не в этом. Хрычов с командой провели титаническую работу по передаче в муниципальную собственность областных дорог, которые проходят в черте поселка. Это дает право и возможность муниципалитету привести их в порядок, в том числе в рамках госпрограмм.
