Традиционно он оправдывается, что тактически занятие этих позиций не предоставляет России стратегического преимущества и не меняет ситуацию на данном направлении.
«Сейчас продолжается перегруппировка войск, пополнение припасов и обустройство подразделений на новых позициях. Происходит плановое усиление подразделений», - заявил Тарнавский.
