За прошедшие сутки уровень реки Тобол поднялся на 140 см и достиг отметки в 6 метров. В регионе затоплено 138 домов, 93 приусадебных участках. Эвакуировано 84 человека.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
