Если забывать про юани не в ФНБ и что их тоже можно продавать - то можно, да, создать оптическую иллюзию, что регулятор не бесполезник и не очень-то может что-то делать.
Почему регулятор за 2.5 года не пытается поменять хотя бы часть неликвидного золота на что-то ликвидное, тоже отличный вопрос регулятору. Не знаю, у кого-то есть более достойная теория, чем то, что именно это отражает любимую модель регулятора "дружно на 50к человек не делать ничего"?
