Название проекта «Порывы и дуновения» отсылает к главной задаче галереи pop/off/art: быть катализатором художественных процессов, создавая пространство для «дуновений» идей и поддерживая «порывы» на арт-сцене. За 20 лет галерея открыла множество новых имен, организовала 175 галерейных выставок и более 40 музейных проектов.
