Чебаркульская городская прокуратура провела проверку по обращению о причиненном оскорблении.
В ходе проверки установлено, что 36-летний местный житель в декабре 2024 года, находясь у себя дома, разместил на странице ветеринарной клиники в социальной сети «ВКонтакте» комментарий, оскорбляющий честь и достоинство сотрудника клиники.
Прокурором в отношении указанного лица возбуждено административное дело по ч.1 ст.5.61 КоАП РФ (оскорбление).
Постановлением мирового судьи виновный привлечен к административной ответственности в виде штрафа в размере 3 000 рублей.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
