Минфин увеличит НДПИ для производителей удобрений.
Для таких отраслей, как производство удобрений и разработкой железной руды, предлагают повысить налог на добычу полезных ископаемых (НДПИ). С таким нововведением выступило Министерство финансов РФ.
Для них правительство предлагает скорректировать формулу расчёта рентных налогов, повысив уровень рентной нагрузки до минимально сопоставимых с другими рентными отраслями, а именно:
🪴Для производителей калийных удобрений — увеличение НДПИ в 2,3 раза; 🪴Для производителей фосфорных минеральных удобрений — увеличение НДПИ в 2 раза; 🪴Для производителей азотных удобрений — введение акциз на приобретение газа для производства аммиака в размере 1200 рублей/тысячу кубических метров.
🔎 При этом в Минфине отметили, что даже после корректировки рентных налогов в этих отраслях сохраняется приличный уровень операционной рентабельности (от 25%).
