4 февраля в 9 часов утра в доме 11 по ул. Советской произошел затоп стояка.
Сейчас 5 февраля 13 часов, аварийная служба не приехала. Затоплены 7 квартир. В том числе и подвал. Была угроза пожара из-за залива общедомовой электрики.
Жители своими силами ликвидировали затоп, просушили стояки с электрикой, теперь оставляют заявки по затопленным квартирам.
А в дополнение сообщение о том, что горячей воды не будет до 19:00 6 февраля. Живите как хотите

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
