Его рабочие ранее объявили голодовку из-за долгов по зарплате на сумму 65 млн рублей. По информации регионального Следкома, задержанный — Денис Немыкин, который ранее обещал рассчитаться с сотрудниками до 4 ноября, но так и не исполнил обещание.
По версии следствия, с ноября 2023 Немыкин не выплачивал зарплату 382 сотрудникам шахты. Ему грозит до пяти лет лишения свободы по статье о полной невыплате заработной платы более двух месяцев.
Новый владелец шахты Александр Мохов заверил, что задолженность перед работниками будет частично погашена к концу октября. Однако выплаты так и не начались, что Мохов объяснил тем, что Немыкин не передал ему свои полномочия и 100% акций предприятия.
