В 2020 году ведущий специалист-эксперт отдела госрегистрации недвижимости Росреестра через свою знакомую — сотрудницу Роскадастра, получила взятку. За эти деньги она сделала экспертизу документов с намеренными ошибками. Так она помогла незаконно зарегистрировать в частную собственность участок земли, который принадлежал региону.
Суд приговорил женщин к реальному сроку и к 3,5 годам условного срока со штрафом в 150 тысяч рублей. Приговор в законную силу не вступил.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links.
