Сегодня в суде Минского района рассматривалось дело католического благотворительного общества «Каритас» и его директора Анатолия Ярошко.
Их обвиняли по ч. 2 ст. 24.14 КоАП РБ за нецелевое использование иностранной помощи. Санкция статьи предусматривает штраф для юрлиц в размере 100% от суммы помощи с ее конфискацией.
