Если раньше у меня зачем-то были какие-то личные иллюзии по поводу "Новых людей", то теперь их точно не осталось.
Дело в том, что такой законопроект уже существует.
Больше двух лет назад четыре члена фракции КПРФ внесли законопроект №137677-8 об отмене системы идентификации зрителей, - на него, разумеется, есть отрицательное заключение правительства и он до сих пор не выходил даже на первое чтение.
Как известно, гарантированно проходят законопроекты, внесённые правительством или комитетами Госдумы, а Даванков, хоть и зампред, но в комитет по спорту не входит.
