Госдума в первом чтении приняла законопроект, запрещающий иностранным агентам получать деньги по авторским договорам любым способом кроме как через специально созданный банковский счет.
Однако деньги с этого счета иноагенты смогут получить только, если их исключат из реестра. А до тех пор оттуда по решению суда могут списывать деньги в бюджет РФ, например, в счет оплаты штрафов, наложенных на иностранных агентов.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
