Университетская клиническая больница имени Паула Страдыня намерена в будущем внедрить роботизированную хирургию. Особые надежды возлагаются на хирургическую систему da Vinci. На сегодняшний день это самая современная роботизированная система в области цифровой хирургии.
Как это работает? Инструменты вводятся в брюшную полость пациента через небольшие отверстия. Хирург находится за консолью управления и работает инструментами робота с помощью датчиков, управляемых пальцами рук. Благодаря современной визуализации на трехмерном изображении видны даже мельчайшие детали и нервные соединения. Операционная зона преобразуется в изображение высокого разрешения 3D с увеличением до 10 раз. Кроме того, da Vinci предлагает хирургу дополнительную третью руку.
