Сегодня вечером узнаю из СМИ, что по мне суд удовлетворил требование прокуратуры о досрочном лишении депутатского мандата за ошибки/нарушения в декларациях 3-4 летней давности.
Самое абсурдное, что мой юрист, официально просил перенести заседание, т.к. сегодня у него кассация в другом городе и физически не было возможности присутствовать. Но это, как мы видим, не смутило никого и решение вынесено.

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
