Endlich mal ein Prozess in Berlin wegen "Körperverletzung im Amt"
Am 21. April 2021 hatte ich das Video "Polizeiangriff mit Pfefferspray" aufgenommen: https://www.doku.video/pfefferspray, bei Youtube: https://youtu.be/zdNduMiE0oc. Zwischen Brandenburger Tor und Potsdamer Platz wurde damals ein Demonstrant mit einer Pefferspraydose vom Polizisten BE 14301 an den Kopf geschlagen und bekam danach die volle Ladung Pfefferspray ab. Noch im Februar 2022 wurde gegen den Angegriffenen ermittelt, doch dank des Videos gibt es nun endlich ein Strafverfahren gegen den angreifenden Polizisten, angeklagt mit dem "Tatvorwurf: Körperverletzung im Amt pp.".
Der Prozess findet am Donnerstag, 9. März 2023 um 10:00 Uhr im Gerichtsgebäude des Amtsgerichtes Tiergarten, Kirchstraße 6, 10557 Berlin statt, Raum 1101.
Ich werde dann vor Ort sein und weiter darüber berichten. Auch wenn der Platz im Gerichtssaal sicherlich begrenzt ist, freue ich mich, wenn einige andere sich die Zeit nehmen, dem Geschädigten auch vor Ort ihre moralische Unterstützung zu zeigen und sich selbst davon ein Bild machen, ob es in Deutschland noch Gerechtigkeit gibt oder ob sich auch dieser Fall einreiht in das Bild, das Amnesty International von Deutschland bezüglich Rechtsprechung bei Polizeigewalt hat: https://youtu.be/rNr77hjdD7k
Da ich dabei journalistisch tätig bin, werde ich keine Demonstration vor dem Gerichtsgebäude oder dergleichen anmelden.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
