На момент сделки (сентябрь 2021 года) 10% акций девелопера на Мосбирже стоили 25,6 млрд руб., сейчас их цена – примерно 9 млрд руб.
На рынке начинают ходить слухи, что и остальные инвесторы сольются, а девелопера и вовсе могут продать. Настолько плохи дела в строительной отрасли. Отсюда и закрытие различных проектов типа "Самолетум".
