На первом месте по выручке — ПИК, который забрал с рынка 273,7 млрд руб., что на 94 млрд руб. меньше по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года. Второе место у "Самолет" — 200,8 млрд руб. (+22 млрд руб.). На третьем — Setl Group с выручкой 127,3 млрд руб. (+31 5 млрд руб.)
В десятке лидеров также: А101 — 114,4 млрд руб. (+24,2 млрд руб.), "Донстрой" — 106,4 млрд руб. ( +4,6 млрд руб.), ЛСР — 100,2 млрд руб. (-23,8 млрд руб.), ФСК — 94,5 млрд руб. (-12,2 млрд руб.), "Эталон" — 84,3 млрд руб. (+39 млрд руб.), MR Group — 77,9 млрд (+32,1 млрд руб.), Sminex — 71,1 млрд руб. (+22,4 млрд руб.).
Выручка еще десяти крупнейших девелоперов, которые строят жилье только в регионах, достигла 250,8 млрд руб. (+3,7 млрд руб.).
