Проект 'Спорт против подворотни' за пределы областной столицы не выглядывает как и внимание его кураторов ?
Несколько лет назад Андрей Х.(секретарь рег.отд. #ЕР ) лично открывал стадион, который стоил миллион (по тем временам это огромные деньги) в г.Холмск (4 микрорайон).
Сейчас на стадионе абсолютно нет возможности для футбола. Даже лень траву покосить.
Так и загоняют в подворотни, лишая возможности заниматься спортом
