Согласно представленным изображениям и описанию, фасады здания выполнены из структурного остекления с применением наружных ламелей. Входные группы защищены от осадков и прямого солнца прозрачными навесами.

Навесы выполнены из триплекса со встроенными фотоэлементами и автоматизированной системой снеготаяния.
