Председатель Государственной Думы Вячеслав Володин направил законопроект для изучения в профильный Комитет ГД по государственному строительству и законодательству и подготовки его к рассмотрению на Совете Думы.
«Семья, материнство и детство в их традиционном, воспринятом от предков понимании представляют собой те ценности, которые обеспечивают непрерывную смену поколений, выступают условием сохранения и развития многонационального народа Российской Федерации, а потому нуждаются в особой защите со стороны государства», — отмечается в пояснительной записке к документу.
Сейчас ответственность предусмотрена только за пропаганду нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений среди несовершеннолетних.
