Первый такой закон появился в России в 2012 году с подачи депутатки Ирины Яровой. А в 2022 Госдума одобрила общий законопроект об иностранном влиянии. Иноагентом мог стать любой – достаточно иностранного влияния «в иных формах».

"The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
