Вопрос в соответствии нормам положенности реалиям современной войны. Ну не хватает этого для всестороннего обеспечения, хоть ты тресни.
Пока эта ситуация не разрешится на системном уровне, все эти волонтерские или личные машины - это капля в море потребностей фронта.
