На территории казарм Императорского морского гвардейского экипажа, открылся новый проект Hideout, где расположились не только резиденции для жизни, но и целая экосистема единомышленников. В самой старой постройке — особняке Гаскойна — расположится пятизвездочный отель, а в корпусах — резиденции, десять из которых доступны уже сейчас. «Мы сделали экспериментальную историю — пригласили несколько студий, которые, на наш взгляд, создают классные проекты в России и зарекомендовали себя как трендсеттеры». Среди них Choice Interior Studio, Neymand Studio, Saga, DA bureau, Delo, Form, Yaratam Design и другие. Так, бюро оформили резиденции площадью от 60 до 100 квадратных метров в одном из корпусов — каждое работало в собственном стиле. Подробнее на страницах седьмого номера WoL.
