Сегодня состоялось предварительное заседание по нашим искам. Наши требования о незаконности нахождения на территории Автобазы, обязанности ее демонтировать и взыскать моральный вред отличаются от требований Роспотребнадзора. Поэтому мы все еще не знаем будет суд объединять наши дела или нет.
Следующее заседание назначено аж на 29 мая в 9:00. Мы не ждем, а готовимся 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
