Начинаем подозревать, что это враги Отечества и лично г-на Морева (до сих пор по недоразумению глава Архангельска) стараются превратить несчастный Архангельск в одну большую мусорную кучу🤔 Бедные чиновники горадминистрации просто не справляются столько свалок ликвидировать! Вся городская власть парализована. Только и заняты тем, что мусор разыскивают, грузят и вывозят, разыскивают, грузят и вывозят...
