В процедуре определения календаря, которая проходила в режиме видеоконференции, приняли участие директор Департамента проведения соревнований ФНЛ Василий Иванов и заместитель директора Департамента проведения соревнований ФНЛ Петр Петухов. 13 апреля в матчах 1-го тура сыграют: «Крылья Советов-2» (Самара) – «Акрон-2» (Тольятти) «Химик» (Дзержинск) – «Сокол» (Казань) «Носта» (Новотроицк) – «Волна» (Нижегородская область) «Рубин-2» (Казань) – «КДВ» (Томск) «Уралец-ТС» (Нижний Тагил) – «Оренбург-2» «Урал-2» (Екатеринбург) – «Челябинск-2» «Амкар-Пермь» – «Динамо-Барнаул»
Полный календарь будет опубликован после его утверждения Президиумом ФНЛ. До утверждения календаря возможно внесение изменений в итоговую версию.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
