А произошло это после того, как жители Лендер стали высказывать недовольство тем, что их дети вынуждены на протяжении десяти лет пешком добираться до школы, расположенной за несколько километров от их дома. При этом школьники из Ругозера остались без автобуса, на котором они могли выехать на экскурсии или соревнования за пределы родного поселка.
