Ещё одним способом, как найти деньги на благоустройство придомовой территории, поделился подписчик Евгений.

Организацией благоустройства занимались председатели советов трёх домов в ЖК.
Собственники встретились с владельцами нежилых помещений и уговорили их оплатить расходы на благоустройство.
После достижения договоренностей собственники получили счета и передали их на оплату (на сумму 90 тысяч рублей), а после оплаты — съездили в питомник и забрали саженцы.
Высаживали растения сами собственники.
Хотя пожеланием владельцев нежилых помещений была высадка растений только возле их домов, по факту растений хватило, чтобы освоить больше территории.
