Школу №86 по ул. Лизы Чайкиной официально ввели в эксплуатацию

Департамент градостроительства выдал разрешение на ввод здания в эксплуатацию. Это значит, что все строительные работы в учреждении завершены.

Напомним, школу построили в 1962 году. Аварийной ее признали в 2020-м. Работы по устранению аварийной ситуации начались в прошлом году.

Подрядчик, ООО «ПромСтройРесурс», поменял внутри здания системы отопления, электроснабжения и освещения, сети сигнализации и связи. В школе утеплили фасад и выполнили его отделку, заменили аварийные плиты перекрытия, полы и поменяли окна, выполнили отделочные работы во всех помещениях. Также школе обновили спортплощадку, уже закупили новое оборудование и мебель.

Начаться занятия должны в первом квартале 2025 года.
