Нижегородская экологическая лаборатория проводит измерения почти по 50 методикам.

Стационарная лаборатория исследует почву, донные отложения, природную и сточную воду, атмосферный воздух. Кроме того, в регионе используются и передвижные экологические посты.

Это важнейший инструмент для анализа, прогнозирования наступления неблагоприятных процессов, связанных с загрязнением атмосферного воздуха. Важно, что информация станет доступной и гражданам, в том числе с помощью мобильных приложений.

Считаю, что опыт региона необходимо транслировать в другие субъекты, особенно в промышленные города, где существует повышенный риск загрязнения окружающей среды.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
