В уходящем году в республике МРОТ составлял 19 242 руб. С 1 января 2025 года он составит 22 440 руб.
Таким образом, работодателям нужно будет опираться на уровень минимальной зарплаты в регионе при назначении сотрудникам месячного заработка при условии, что указанным работником за этот период полностью отработана норма рабочего времени и выполнены трудовые обязанности.
