Одной из таких организаций может стать и Белорусский фонд спортивной солидарности, о котором мы и поговорим. В частности, нас интересует его исполнительный директор – Александр Опейкин. На примере сбежавшей из Беларуси в 2020 году спортсменки Марии Городновой мы узнали, как Опейкин использует организацию для личного обогащения.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
