Соседи, шлагбаумы заработали и на КПП появилась охрана!
На всех КПП установлены считыватели, которые как и прежде открывают шлагбаум по ключу от подъезда. Часть считывателей сейчас ремонтируется, поэтому шлагбаум открывают охранники с кнопки.
Калитки для пешеходов открываются теми же электронными ключами. Если ваш ключ не срабатывает—обратитесь в УК.
График присутствия охранников на КПП: 1 КПП—круглосуточный; 2 КПП— с 6.30 до 20.30 ч. (считыватель установлен только со стороны территории ЖК, работает на выезд в автоматическом режиме круглосуточно) 3 КПП— с 6.30. до 20.30 ч. 4 КПП— пока открыт.
Заявки на гостевые пропуска, курьерскую доставку/такси подаются в приложении УК Эллада в формате: —Дата/время —Корпус; —Под’езд; —этаж; —Квартира; —Номер транспортного средства/марка.
Дополнительно заявки могут подаваться по wats app и telegram по номеру +7(925)1951574.
Гостевые пропуска для транспорта выдаются на 12 часов. Желательное время доставки крупногабаритных грузов (мебель, техника, Стройматериалы) с 7.00 до 20.00 ч.
