Чаще остальных самостоятельно инициируют вопрос о повышении -представители сегментов маркетинга, рекламы и PR (75%), IT (72%) и банкинга (67%). ▪️ 43% респондентов готовы повышать свою квалификацию ▪️треть (30%) согласны брать на себя дополнительные обязанности. ▪️Наиболее амбициозной возрастной группой оказались молодые люди в возрасте 18-24 лет, две трети опрошенных этого возраста довольны своей зарплатой, они получили прибавку менее года назад.
